Three properties do the work. Each one is a decision that was made in the product, not a promise made on this page.
It only moves when you move it
Your Beacon shows the last figure you published. It is not a live read of your calendar and it does not update behind your back, so nothing appears on it that you have not decided to say.
It shows the answer, not the evidence
A client sees how booked you are, your status, and when you are next free. They do not see who your other clients are, what you are working on, or anything you have not finished deciding.
Nobody is counted for reading it
Your Beacon keeps no record of who looked at it or how often. There is no view count, because there is nothing that counts views. Anyone can read it without an account.
This page loads nothing from anywhere else.
No fonts from a font service, no scripts from a CDN, no embedded video, no chat widget, no analytics. Not because they were left off, but because the site sends a Content Security Policy that permits no external origin at all - and a test fails the build if one is ever added.
It sets no cookies and writes nothing into your browser. What the product does store is written down precisely, including the parts that are less flattering.
